Mark's mediation offices are located at 11149 Research Blvd., Ste. 330, Austin, TX 78759. The mediation offices are located in the First Citizens Bank Building (Balcones Center) at the northeast corner of Research and Balcones Woods Dr. in the Arboretum corridor of Austin, immediately north of Seton Northwest Hospital. There is free parking available in the parking garage at the side of the building.

Directions from Downtown Austin, via IH-35
Go North on IH-35 for approximately 5 miles, then take the U.S. 183 N. exit (towards Research Blvd.) and go north for approximately 5.4 miles continuing on 183 N. past Loop 1 (Mopac). Take the Braker Lane/Balcones Woods Dr. exit and stay on the access road for approximately .8 miles (including past Braker Lane). The mediation offices are on the right in the office building where the First Citizens Bank is located, at the northeast corner of the Research access road and Balcones Woods Drive (immediately past Seton Northwest Hospital).
Directions from Downtown Austin, via TX 1 (Mopac)
Go North on IH-35 for approximately 7.3 miles, then take the U.S. 183/Research exit and go north on for approximately 1.4 miles. Take the Braker Lane/Balcones Woods Dr. exit and stay on the access road approximately .8 miles (including past Braker Lane). The mediation offices are on the right in the office building where the First Citizens Bank is located, at the northeast corner of the Research access road and Balcones Woods Drive (immediately past Seton Northwest Hospital).
