How much does mediation cost in General Civil Litigation cases outside of Family Law?

For all General Civil Litigation cases (outside of Family Law), half-day and full-day rates are per party. 

 

Each party is responsible for their portion of the mediation fee as follows:   

 

Rates Per Party - General Civil Litigation *

Half Day Rate                                                       $525.00

Full Day Rate (includes lunch)                         $1,050.00

What is your cancellation policy?

* Cancellation Policy

A Mediation that is cancelled BY EITHER PARTY FOR ANY REASON 

on or before the 5th business day prior to the date of the mediation 

is subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00 per party for a half-day 

mediation and $175.00 per party for a full-day mediation.  

The mediation cancellation fee will be waived in the event that 

another mediation is scheduled in the same time slot as the 

cancelled mediation.
